Reservation

We accept reservations up to 45 days in advance. If your preferred date is unavailable, you may join our waiting list or contact us at info@restaurantbelen.com.

Online bookings are available for parties of up to 8 guests. For larger groups, please email us directly.

A booking deposit of 5,500 THB per person is required to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@restaurantbelen.com.

• — More than 14 days before: Full refund of deposit
• — 7–14 days before: 50% of deposit refunded
• — Less than 7 days before: No refund — No-shows: No refund

***All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable administrative fee, regardless of when the cancellation is made. No additional cancellation charges will be applied beyond the deposit already held.

Changes to the number of guests or reservation date must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A one-time date change is allowed, subject to availability.

Changes with less than 48 hours' notice may result in deposit forfeiture. You will receive reminder emails 7 days and 1 day prior to your booking, with links to confirm or cancel.

Due to the nature of our menu, we are unable to accommodate the following:

• Vegetarian or vegan
• Gluten-free
• Dairy-free
• No seafood
• Allium-free (no onion or garlic)

Please consider these limitations before making a reservation. That said, if you do not eat meat but enjoy seafood and fish, we may be able to create an adapted menu for you. For any other dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you reach out to us at info@restaurantbelen.com at least 7 days before your reservation, so our chefs have sufficient time to take the best possible care of you. Requests received after this point may unfortunately not be accommodated.

We welcome children aged 12 and above.

We do not enforce a formal dress code. Please dress comfortably to enjoy your dining experience.

A corkage fee of 2,000 THB (subject to service charge and VAT) per 750ml bottle of wine or champagne applies. This fee is waived with the purchase of one bottle from our wine list for each bottle brought.
